The Drive Shaft Shop has been in business for over 30years it first started as Suffolk Welding & repair (Suffolk Drive Shaft) in the mid 60s. The original company did truck bodies welding and later Drive Shaft repairs. they changed to doing mostly drive shafts thru the 70s and then in the late 80s shed some troublesome investors and opened as The Drive Shaft Shop. During the late 80’s and into the 90s the company became a larger local re builder doing Drive Shafts Front Wheel Drive Axles and Rack & pinion Units. The Current owner always had a passion for cars and unique solutions to all types of automotive design. Always making custom race car shafts and 4×4 custom parts he was intrigued in 1998 by the popularity of the new hot rods on the street Front Wheel Drive Cars (powerful ones). In March of 2004 he sold off the re-built departments to follow a dream of making the best Performance oriented parts in the industry.Then in October of 2005 They moved the Operation to Charlotte NC giving them more room to grow. So keep an eye out for they now have the time and expertise to make some pretty wild products that have been brewing for some time.

RETURN POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
If you are in need of a return you must contact UltraRev within 14 Days of receiving the item. Condition must be unused and in re-sellable condition in order for the manufacturer to release a return number. Absolutely NO return or exchange will be accepted on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, installed, or mounted. NO returns will be accepted on special ordered products. ALL return instructions must be followed promptly, any products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. There will be a re-stock fee from the manufacturer direct (25% for most items in unused and in re-sellable condition, subjected to increase by the manufacturer discussion). For exchanges there may or may not be a handling fee from the manufacturer direct which will be enclosed in the return instructions. ALL shipping cost is nonrefundable and may be included in the listed price on eBay. Shipping cost of the replacement item must be paid by the consumer direct. At the current time, we are subject to the manufacturer’s direct timetable for returns but do our best to service our consumers in the most timely fashion available to us. If a return is needed because of a error made by the manufacturer or UltraRev direct, the consumer will not be subject to any fees, UltraRev will pay to ship and correct the issue and work eagerly to correct this issue as fast as possible for our consumers as Customer service is our number one concern here at UltraRev.
SHORTAGE AND DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Shortage and damage claims must be made within 5 working days from the receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packaging materials for carrier inspection.
WARRANTY / DEFECT CLAIMS:
All warranty claims must be made through UltraRev prior to shipping the product back. The buyer must first contact UltraRev via phone or email to begin the warranty / defective claim process. A RMA number will be issued of the product is defective or in need of further inspection. We will need the product forwarded to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. If the product is determined to be defective, UltraRev will issue a full refund for the product and all incurred shipping charges. Any labor, installation, transportation and other costs cannot and will not be refunded or compensated.
