I am an animal lover. My wife and I have 4 dogs (2 chihuahuas,1 poodle mix & a Yorkie mix), 2 cats(brother and sister tabbys), 1 cockatiel and 4 goats (2 pygmies and 2 Nigerian Dwarfs). They are our children and we would be devastated if anything were to happen to any of them.
I believe that we will see them again in Heaven. The Bible says that there will be no more tears or sorrows in Heaven. So my animals will have to be there as they are the source of so much of my joy and it just wouldn't be Heaven for me without them.

Q: Hello, I
believe this is the greatest thing I have seen. We had to put out dog down on
Friday the 27th, and that is the hardest thing I have ever ever done. We had
him all his life which was 17 years. My question to you is does the come in
like a 5x7. Also I have a print of him on my I pad because the actual picture
is at me husband's business. He is a pet groomer. Do you think if I e-mailed
the print of the one I have on my I pad it would work. It is actually a picture
of the picture In the frame but I believe you could zoom in and it would work
without getting the frame in it, but I do not know that. The 8x10 is ok if you

A: Dear Ann, Thanks for writing. I'm so sorry for your
loss. I can only imagine how hard it must be to put one of your loved ones
down. Thank God I haven't had to do that yet but I know it is probably only a
matter of time as we have 4 dogs and 2 of them are getting up there in years. I
found a poem about it that made me cry called "The Last Battle". You
can Google it or I will send it to you if you like. Sure, I can do 5x7 instead
of 8x10 if you like. I can print 2 5x7s on 1 sheet of paper so you will get 2
for $30. Just send me your picture files and I'll see if they will work. If
not, I will ask you to send others or I might have to enhance it with an art
filter. I will keep working on it till you "love" it.
Q: Thank you, I am also wondering, I sent the print to
a place to make a outdoor marker and they said they could not use it without
permission from the photographer. I still do not get that because it is a print
that a friend of mine sketched 17yrs. ago. If I pay and then send the print and
you are not able to use it because it is a sketch, can I get a refund, only
because that is the only print I want to use. I have had a couple of other

A: Dear Anne, Good question. Many times I have had to
give written permission to my customers so they can get copies made of the
memorials I created for them. That's why I don't usually put my logo or website
on their pictures anywhere. I don't know why printing places are so anal about
copyrights, but I guess they are just trying to avoid lawsuits. Unless you are
planning to market your picture and sell it for profit, it shouldn't be a
problem. I have found copies of my pictures all over the Internet and I just
ask that they give me credit and a link to my website. If they were making a
lot of money with one of my pictures I would definitely want a cut of the
profit but otherwise, I figure it's just good advertising. Anyway I won't let
it stop me from creating your memorial picture. But, yes in the event that I
can't do your picture for any reason, I will refund your money. Sincerely,

A: Hello, Thanks for writing. Sorry it took me so long
to respond. I usually check my mail more often but it has been really hectic
around here this evening. If you have recently lost a loved one, let me first
offer my condolences. In answer to your question, as soon as you purchase with
PayPal, I will email you to make sure you know where to email your picture of
your pet. If you don't have access to a scanner, you can just mail it to me,
but of course that will take longer. But if you are not in any hurry it will
work. I won't harm your picture and I will return it with your order. I use
Photoshop to create my images. You don't have to get a picture exactly like
this one. I can change anything for you. I will email you copies of your
picture as I work on it to ask if you want me to change anything. I won't print
it until you say you tell me that you "love" it. If you want to save
$10, you can download your picture and print it yourself. I hope you will allow
me to create a memorial picture for you that you will cherish forever. Thanks

A: Dear Mark, Good question. How large were you
thinking? This listing is for a 300 dpi. It looks great as an 8 x 10 in a
14" x 12" dark frame with a white matting. You could go up to 14 x 11
print with no problem. If you want larger, I can bump up the resolution to 600
or even 1200 if your printer can handle it. I will put it on my website for you
to download. If you are thinking of taking it to a printing service, ask what
specifications they require and I will make your picture to order. Thanks for

A: Hello again, Anytime... you are very welcome. Don't
hesitate to email me as many times as you like with your questions. This helps
me to make better ad copy for eBay and on my website. I obviously need to
explain the process more and I will try to work on that ASAP! About your
picture... it's great if you can find a nice high quality photo to use for your
memorial, but in reality, most people's favorite picture of their loved one
isn't the one with the best quality. Don't let that stop you from using your
favorite picture. I can usually apply an art filter to bring up the quality and
make it look like a painting. It's worth it to have that special expression on
your loved one's face that you will cherish every time you see it on the wall.
