Remove the door from the truck body

Grind or cut off the end of the pin at the peaned end

Remove the old pin and bushing

Install the bushing into the hinge holes

Place the washer on top the bolt and install the bolt into the bushing

Thread the nut onto the bolt and tighten

Reattach the door to the truck body
