This is a Dodge Chrysler Automotive Relay made by Tyco.  The part number is VF4-15F21-Z05 and the alternate part number is 04848879AA.
 
Note: These were pulled from NEW fuse panels that were never installed in vehicles.

Payment Policy
Payment is due within 7 Days of Auction closing or we will relist the item and file an Unpaid Item Dispute. For our orders we accept Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.
Return Policy

Shipping Policy

  • All Domestic Orders (Contiguous U.S. Lower 48 states) are shipped via UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight depending on what the buyer chooses
  • All International Orders, Hawaiian, and Alaskan orders are shipped via either USPS or UPS based on what the buyer chooses and the size of the package. Larger Packages can only be shipped via FedEx
  • If you require your order to be shipped out the same day the order is placed the order needs to be placed and you need to call and speak to one of our customer service reps before Noon EST.
  • We will email your tracking number after we have processed your order for shipment. This is usually several hours before the respective carrier will pickup the item. So please wait at least 1 day after receiveing the tracking information before you try to track your package.

  • When submitting your shipping address please be careful and double check the address.
