We ship worldwide to any and every country that has mail service with the U.S.
We almost always ship within 24 hours of your order being received. Most orders received before 2 p.m. EST will ship the same day! Except during the holiday season, weekend orders will ship on Monday. Most orders ship via the U.S. Postal Service. There is no shipping on postal holidays.
We ship from Fairview, PA, located near Cleveland Ohio.
Postal tracking and delivery confirmation are available on all U.S. orders.
Tracking is available on Priority Mail shipments to some, but not all, international locations.
Shipping Methods and Usual Time to Arrival
First-Class (standard) Mail 2 to 5 Business Days
Priority (expedited) Mail 2 (usually) to 3 (some West Coast and locations outside metro areas) Business Days
Parcel Post Mail 7 to 10 Business Days (for heavy/bulky items)
Canada and other International Orders:
First-Class International Mail Subject to your local postal service and/or Customs
Priority International Mail Subject to your local postal service and/or Customs, but generally faster than First-Class Mail, and sometimes trackable.
For international orders, we can not be responsible for delays in delivery due to local postal and/or Customs processing times. Please be aware that you are responsible for any Customs or duties fees.
Also, we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs in shipping for international customers. If you are concerned with your package arriving in a damaged condition, we suggest insuring the package.
As much as we love our international customers, we simply can not be aware of the rules for each country, or take responsibility for shipments that we have no control over.
Please bear in mind that the U.S. Postal Service does occasionally mess up (really it’s true!), and items get delayed or returned to us for unknown reasons. This happens far less than 1% of the time. Please be patient and understanding in the unlikely event that this happens.
In the event of delays in mail, we only have access to the same tracking information that you do. We are happy to share the postal tracking number for you to access your package information at usps.com.
We can not consider an item to be lost in the mail and subject to free replacement unless it has been over 30 days (U.S. orders) or 60 days (international orders) since the item was shipped, and postal tracking still indicates delivery has not been made. If U.S. Postal tracking indicates that your item has been delivered, we will not be liable for replacing the item if you claim to have not received it. We pay for delivery confirmation on every single package we ship in the U.S., which guarantees that your item was delivered at the indicated address. In our experience, packages are almost never stolen. Missing packages are much more likely to be either left at another spot at your delivery location, or returned to the local Post Office awaiting your pick up. If you are concerned about a package being left at your home address, consider using an alternate or work address.
