I offer free shipping on most of my
bedding items when they are being shipped to an address in the United
States. I ship daily and will ship items within one business day of
purchase. Most “free shipping” items are shipped by USPS First Class, USPS
Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Select, FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground depending
on which service is least expensive from my shipping location and at my
discretion. Larger items such as pillows, quilts and comforters will most
likely be shipped by USPS Parcel Select. I am happy to ship quilts and
comforters by USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground if you desire that service.
The buyer will be responsible for the difference between the USPS Parcel Select
rate and the buyer’s requested shipping carrier’s rate.

I ship to International addresses
on request. I ship by USPS Priority Mail International. Priority
Mail International shipments will have a tracking number and are insured
automatically to a US Postal Service limit. At this time I am unable to
ship to some parts of Asia and the Russian Federation.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the
item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine
what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. It is
illegal to falsify customs declarations with a low price or mark an item as a
"gift" in order to avoid customs fees. I will not do it.
Excellent customer service is my
goal. I accept returns within 14 days of purchase. I cannot accept returns on bedding items such
as sheets, pillowcases, blankets etc that have been removed from the packaging. I do not sell used items. Most fitted sheets are “extra deep” and
designed to fit mattresses up to 18”. If
you do not have a plush mattress the sheets may be bigger than you expect. This is an industry-wide change and I cannot
accept sheets returned because they are too large (which indicates they have
been on your bed and resultantly, used).
I participate in Ebay’s “Managed Returns” program. If a return is desired you may go to the drop
down menu to the right of the item you would like to return and choose “return
this item”. The program walks you
through the process and allows you to print a shipping label online. There are very rare occasions that I make a
mistake in the listing or shipping of an item. Please contact me if this is the case. Full refunds + shipping will be given when I
have made an error. Most bedding items are labeled with a color by the
manufacturer and the color is stated in the description. I will not
accept returns “not as described” for color discrepancies. Computer monitors show colors differently so
if you are not sure about something, please ask before you purchase! I am happy to provide clarification and
additional photos if desired. I charge a
15% restocking fee on all returned items unless the error was mine. This
fee is necessary to cover the cost of originally shipping the item to you for
free (shipping paid for by me).
I provide all my customers with positive feedback once they
have left feedback for me. I appreciate those who leave me positive feedback as
well! If there is a problem or you
have a question about your purchase, please contact me first so that I may have
the opportunity to resolve the concern. Most problems can be resolved
without eBay Buyer Protection or the Paypal Dispute process and these methods
should only be undertaken as a last resort to solving a problem. Remember that feedback is to rate me as a
seller, not to give your opinion on how well you like the product. There
are lots of websites where you can rate products. I purchase all my bedding
at retail outlets and have no control over whether the product color or fabric
suits you or how you feel about the product’s value. PLEASE leave
