General Policy - Please read before purchase.
We have been in the retail musical instrument business for many years. We are offering more exceptional deals online as we expand our operations. Our roots are important to us, so you can be sure that we will always treat you like a customer who walks into our neighborhood store.
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. We achieve this through the highest possible individual marketplace ratings; e.g., 5-star Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR’s). Please contact us directly if you encounter a problem with any transaction or product; so that we may resolve the issue promptly. This way, we can give you the best possible feedback as well!
Most orders are shipped the next or following business day, after completion of the sale. On rare occasions, an order will take up to 10 business days to ship. Completion of sale includes, but is not limited to, clearance of all funding, including total shipping costs. We ship to PayPal confirmed addresses only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for items larger than a USPS Flat Rate Priority Box. To save you money, our flat-rate shipping means that we use the least expensive method at our disposal. Typically USPS First Class or USPS Priority is used for smaller goods (under 5 Lb.) and Fed Ex for larger items. We also offer overnight shipping via Fed Ex for certain items(lower 48 states only). This service is available from Monday through Friday till 10AM Pacific Time. Note that items purchased on Friday will be delivered on Monday. We reserve the right to use any carrier, at our discretion, at any time in the transaction process. We ship to most countries, but not all. Please see our list of excluded countries in Shipping and payments. Occasionally we will make an exception for a larger volume order. Please contact us for more details.
Currently, we only accept PayPal as a method of payment. We do not accept checks, $ orders, trades, land, or small farm animals. In short, anything other than PayPal is NOT acceptable.
We strive to be accurate and prompt in all of our selling activities. Our nearly perfect feedback rating reflects this fact. Product returns are accepted if we are contacted within 3 days of customer receipt. Product must be shipped back to us, at buyer’s expense, within 7 days. The product must be in exactly the same condition as we sent it out. Buyer pays return freight, along with a 10% restocking fee. If the item is defective or not as described, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price in full, including return freight at our discretion. Product must arrive back to us pre-paid freight for inspection prior to our final decision on refund. Please be ready to provide pictures of product, and a written explanation of the reason the item is being returned, in the rare event that we make such a request.
Items “not in the original box” or “open box”, and sold as either new or used: We take as many pictures as needed and put extra effort into our descriptions. We do this in order to provide you with a completely accurate representation of the product. Occasionally, we miss a small scratch or blemish. In that case, please understand it to be part of the purchase. We do not give partial refunds. If you need more pictures or a more detailed description of a product, please ask us before completing the purchase. We are always happy to assist!
We work business days only, between the hours of 9am to 5pm Pacific Time. We cannot respond to messages or "Best Offers" on weekends or holidays. If you have a time sensitive question or concern, please make sure you send your message or offer before 5pm so we can give you a quick response.
