We have configured each unit to meet our rigorous quality standards and have vigorously tested each server with the same process we use to load our own production servers. We load most servers with a clean install of Windows 2008 Server evaluation edition. No other documentation or software are included. We also update versions of several of the key server components, such as the remote access card (DRAC), the system BIOS, the RAID controller, as well as the backplane. We only sell and ship servers that we are confident are ready for a production environment. |

This product is warrantied for 30 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Defective or DOA products must be reported within 30 days of shipment; no returns will be processed after the 30-day DOA warranty is over. Each product is tested and is in good working condition when it is shipped. On rare occasions, damages may occur while in transit. |
|For your benefit, we reserve the right to issue a refund or replace any returned items. For an additional fee, TechMikeNY also provides longer warranties (over 30 days); please feel free to reach out to a member of our team should you be interested in purchasing a longer warranty. |

We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail depending on the specific purchased item’s size and weight. |PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING YOUR SERVER BATTERY|
|Please power on the server to allow the RAID battery to charge completely. It may take up to 24-48 hours for the server to run a full discharge and recharge cycle for the battery.|
|NOTE: It is not sufficient to simply leave the server connected to power, it MUST also be powered on.|
|Please note that while the battery is charging, you will not lose any data. The RAID controller simply disables the caching functionality and switches to 'write-through' mode; caching functionality will be restored after the battery has been fully charged (ASSUMING you maintained the default RAID controller settings). You may continue to install or update your operating system, programs and files during this time.|
|After 48 hours with the server powered on, please restart the server, either through the operating system or by using the power button. If you experience any issues with the server or battery AFTER having followed the steps above to ensure a full battery charge, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our team through the appropriate online messaging system. Someone will respond to you within one business day.|

7. Are hard drive trays included for the additional bays that do not contain hard drives? Hard drive trays are only included for the hard disk drives that are installed. We do however provide fillers for any empty bays.
