Add $19.00 per Laptop for FedEx 2-5 day ground shipping. For your convenience we also offer FedEx 2Day and Overnight. The 2 Day rate is $55.00 and overnight is $100.00.
These
options are offered to the 48 contiguous states via FedEx delivery.
Your FedEx tracking number will be sent to your eBay registered email
address 24-48 business hours after the PayPal payment has cleared.

Laptop Batteries
Batteries are consumable items and can not be guaranteed. The battery will come with a guaranteed charge but, we have no way of
knowing how long the battery that comes with your
laptop will last. Rest assured that our previous customers have been
very happy with their laptop purchase and battery. In the event that you
need to replace the battery, new batteries can be found on eBay. We do guarantee that your laptop will work perfectly out of the box off the AC adapter which is included with your purchase. |
Customer Support
We do our best to ensure each and every product we sell is free of problems or issues. If you were to have any questions or concerns WE ARE HERE TO HELP. We offer FREE Tech Support Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time. If we decide the best option is to replace or fix your product we will issue a "Return Merchandise Authorization" which is required on any return. Without an RMA #, the package will be refused.
We warrant all hardware on the laptop for 30 days from the time of purchase.
All returns for refunds must be made within the first 7 days of customer receipt. Please note, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is calculated off of the TOTAL amount paid. Under no circumstance will the original shipping charges be refunded. Returns and Exchanges are RARE, but we do want to be clear on these policies. |
