Add $19.00 per Laptop for FedEx 2-5 day ground shipping. For your convenience we also offer FedEx 2Day and Overnight. The 2 Day rate is $55.00 and overnight is $100.00.

Your FedEx tracking number will be sent to your eBay registered email
address 24-48 business hours after the PayPal payment has cleared.

Condition
We label our computers as refurbished. Although 99% of the computers we receive are in perfect working order, we still put them through our refurbishment process. Each computer is treated with great care and restored to its original working condition. Our Qualified Technicians meticulously perform this process at our Service Center. Please note: The outside casing of the computer may have minor scratches or imperfections. This item will arrive clean and in perfect working order. |
Laptop Batteries
Batteries, by their nature are generally quite unpredictable. We DO NOT TEST laptop batteries, and have no way of knowing how long the battery that comes with your laptop will last. Rest assured that our previous customers have been very happy with their laptop purchase and battery, but we cannot guarantee how long the battery that comes with this laptop will hold any kind of charge. Replacement (new) batteries can be found on eBay, in the event it needs to be replaced. We guarantee that your laptop will work perfectly off the AC adapter which is included with your purchase. |
Customer Support
We do our best to ensure each and every product we sell is free of problems or issues. If you were to have any questions or concerns WE ARE HERE TO HELP. We offer FREE Tech Support Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time. If we decide the best option is to replace or fix your product we will issue a "Return Merchandise Authorization" which is required on any return. Without an RMA #, the package will be refused. We warrant all hardware on the laptop for 30 days from the time of purchase. Returns for refunds must be made within the first 7 days of customer receipt. Please note, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is calculated off of the TOTAL amount paid. Under no circumstance will the original shipping charges be refunded. Returns and Exchanges are RARE, but we do want to be clear on these policies. |
