Payment Information:
Please complete payment shortly after the close of the auction. If payment is not received, the item will be relisted after 10 days.
We prefer Paypal but all Credit Cards are welcome. Please no international bidders or payments.

Condition Information:
We label our computers as refurbished. Although 99% of the computers we receive are in perfect working order, we still put them through our refurbishment process.
Each computer is treated with great care and restored to its original working condition. Our Qualified Technicians meticulously perform this process at our Service Center. We even inspect the health of the capacitors located on the motherboard. THIS IS A MUST and many other vendors do not do this. The outside casing of the computer will have minor scratches or imperfections.
This item will arrive clean and in perfect working order. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about this item's condition.
Shipping Information:
Standard shipments will be shipped through UPS or USPS. All of our items are packed extremely well in High Quality Double Wall Boxes with excellent interior padding. We usually ship within 1-6 days days Business Days of payment received and Tracking Numbers will be emailed shortly after. Faster service is available if requested. No local pickups please. Please ask if you would like to have a signature required for delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from us, they may be shipped in the same box or boxes to ensure a safer delivery. We do not ship to any location outside of the contiguous USA. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
We only ship to confirmed address. The shipping address must either be confirmed in Paypal or it must be the billing address for the credit card you are using. Your item will leave our dock very soon after payment and address changes are not advised due to their cost. Changes to your address after the sale will incur an interception charge of $10. This is what UPS charges to have the package rerouted to a different address. Please keep in mind that a package can only be rerouted to a confirmed address. Please make all changes to your address before making payment. This will ensure a smooth delivery. No P.O. boxes, please.
Warranty Information:
We place an outstanding 60 day warranty on this item. The warranty guarantees that this item will not be DOA upon arrival.
It does not cover any special needs you might have such as installation assistance or any other custom situation. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. We do offer a paid support plan for those issues.
Laptop Batteries, by their nature do not typically have long lives and are generally quite unpredictable. We do not test laptop batteries and have no way of knowing how long the battery that comes with your laptop will last. Rest assured that our previous customers have been very happy with their laptop purchase and battery, but we cannot guarantee that the battery that comes with this laptop will hold any kind of charge. Batteries that do guarantee a charge for this particular model of laptop can easily be found on ebay for less than $40 if the battery is important to you. Please do not call and threaten or leave negative feedback because you are unhappy with the amount of time that your battery holds a charge. This section is very clear in stating our term WE DO NOT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OUR LAPTOP BATTERIES We do guarantee that your laptop will work perfectly off of the AC adapter which is included with your purchase.
If by chance you receive your item and there is a problem, we will work diligently to correct the problem. If it is necessary to be returned for repair/replacement, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you. Please contact us with warranty requests.
