• You will receive a Delivery Confirmation Number when the item is shipped this is not a tracking number so it may not be updated until delivered.

Warranty Terms:

• What you see in the picture(s) is what you get as is nothing more nothing less.
• Test results if any were done of item(s) in auction are described to the best of our ability in the ad. The results of all tests that are performed are disclosed in the ad.
• Items sold as "Untested" are simply that we have been unable to test the item(s) due to missing cables/adapters/toner cartridge/ksu/etc, lack of time, or other restrictions, Such as when we sell a laptop that we don't have an AC adapter for.
• If an item is faulty only that item may be exchanged not the whole package.
• Items that are returned that are not found faulty will be charges a 15% restocking fee or returned to the buyer at the buyers expense without a refund or exchange..
• All warranty or identification stickers tampered with or removed will void any replacement or refund.
• Batteries when and if included have not been checked for life of charge.
• My only guarantee is that you will receive the make and model listed in the ad.
• Items are warrantied for DOA for two days from date of receiving the PDA.

Return Terms:

• Returns are only allowed under cases of gross misrepresentation in the ad, such as when we describe say a monitor as a fax machine. Such claims of misrepresentation must be filed within three days of receipt of shipment. If an item is faulty only that item may be exchanged not the whole package. Item must be returned in the original box and packaging at the Buyers Expense. New Items must be returned unopened and unused.
• Bidder must request a RMA number before returning item(s).
• Packages returned without a RMA number will become our property after the tenth day after receipt of the items and no refund or exchange will be honored. the buyer will be required to pay return shipping within the ten day period to get the item back or forfeit the items.
• If any provision of this Auction Contract is held unenforceable, All remaining provisions of this Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
