Return Policy: You may return your purchase within seven (7) days of receipt if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. You must contact us and let us know that your are returning your purchase. Also, please package the item carefully to ensure that it gets returned to us in the same condition it was shipped to you. If the return is through fault of ours, or in our description, then we will additionally refund all shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping is not refundable.

Payment: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments must be received within three (3) days of order. Michigan residents will have 6% sales tax added.

Payment with PayPal allows you to make payment with all major credit cards, your personal checking account, or your PayPal account. If you pay through e-check, it will take 3-4 business days for your payment to clear.

If you choose to not use PayPal, we will send you an invoice from ProPay, our credit card processor, with a secure link for you to provide your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover information.

Shipping: Will be your choice of Standard or Expedited. We ship 5-6 days a week, usually within 1 business day of receiving payment. We will send a confirmation e-mail once your item has shipped.

Our USA customers have the following shipping methods available to them:

• Standard Shipping is $2.99 for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item in the same shipment. Shipping costs are based on your purchase weighing 2.2 LB or 1KG. If your order is over-sized or heavier, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Standard Shipping delivery to most USA locations within 4-14 business days.
•  Expedited Shipping is $5.99 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item in the same shipment. Multiple item expedited shipping costs are based on items weighing 2.2 LB or 1KG. If your order is heavier or over-sized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Expedited Shipping delivery to most USA locations within 2-4 business days.

Our INTERNATIONAL customers have the following shipping methods available to them:

• International Standard is $17.95 for the first item and $13.50 for each additional item in the same shipment. Shipping costs are based on your purchase weighing 2.2 LB or 1KG. If your order is heavier or over-sized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. International Standard has an estimted delivery to most international locations within 6-14 business days. Customs at your location can cause delays in delivery. The selling price will be listed on Customs forms.
•  International Expedited is $39.95 for the first item and $25.00 for each additional item in the same shipment. Shipping costs are based on your purchase weighing 2.2 LB or 1KG. If your order is heavier or over-sized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. International Expedited has an estimted delivery to most international locations within 2-4 business days. Customs at your location can cause delays in delivery. The selling price will be listed on Customs forms.
•  USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Box is $55.00 which allows us to ship up to eighteen (18) audio CDs. Shipping cost is based on your purchase fitting in the allocated box provided by the US Postal System. Due to various sizes and weights orders of more than eighteen (18) CDs need to be quoted before taking advantage of this shipping option. All customers utilizing this shipping method need to wait to be invoiced.
