with this game, we can come out to your home and repair it. This is our
business, not just a hobby like most sellers! We are so confident in our
restorations that we back them up, unlike other fly-by-night sellers that like
to put the words "AS-IS" on all of their auctions. The reason
we can back up the games we sell is because we actually do the work that's
needed to make the game perform reliably for years to come. It requires
a LOT of work and experience to make a 10, 20 or 30+ year old pinball machine
reliable. Be VERY cautious in buying pinball machines “AS-IS” on the
internet from a stranger that is hundreds or thousands of miles away.

I want to preface this auction by telling
you a little about myself. I am a qualified pinball machine repair
technician with a long list of happy and satisfied customers. Due to my
in-your-home restoration services, I have a proven track record of service and
support in the Eastern Pennsylvania, Central/South Jersey and Northern
Delaware areas.
A pinball collector classic...
TOMMY!
This game was produced in 1994 by Data East, who now goes by the name Stern
Pinball and is the ONLY manufacturer of pinball machines left on the
planet! Data East is well known for tying great TV and movie themes to great
playing pinball machines and this game is no exception. TOMMY is the
most sought-after of all Data East pinballs due to it's direct tie-in to the
most famous of all pinball stories. The story of TOMMY, the deaf, dumb
and blind boy who was a pinball savant. This game features more music
than ANY other game. It has TWENTY ONE songs taken directly from the
Broadway musical. Data East even invented an entirely new digital sound
system specifically for this game called BSMT2000! It also has some of
the most unique playfield innovations EVER seen on a pinball machine, the most
interesting of which are the blinders which will pop out and cover the
flippers during certain times, forcing you to play blind, just like
TOMMY! Pinball collectors everywhere are constantly looking for this
game which is now very difficult to find in the condition that is desired by
the discriminating collector.
You'll love all of the classic music from THE WHO and others pulled
directly from the rock opera! Plunge the ball into play to try for the
parachute skill shot as the vintage bomber plane spins it's propellers every
time you hit a ramp. Crash the ball into the mini-mirror on the
playfield, hear the sound of breaking glass and watch as it magically
disappears beneath the playfield revealing the shot into the abyss which will
start the MULTI-BALL frenzy! Hit the ramps for JACKPOTS and
DOUBLE-JACKPOTS! Try to play BLIND like TOMMY as the motorized BLINDERS cover the
flippers! This game has so many features, it will blow your mind! There are
well over a DOZEN different modes of play on this game
that keep it exciting play after play and those features are just the
beginning. You have THREE FLIPPERS, TWO RAMPS, scoop holes, upkickers,
custom stationary targets, roll-overs, pop-bumpers,

This game is in fabulous condition and one of the nicest TOMMY's we
have ever had. The playfield is in stunning original condition with
the original factory clear-coat intact and shining like glass with no wear
at all! No broken plastics! Plastic
and scoop-hole protectors have been installed to keep the game looking great for decades to come! The backglass translight is in pristine original condition. The cabinet is
very nice with minor blemishes which have been touched-up. The often
broken or missing mirror-ball backbox topper has been upgraded to a POLISHED
ALUMINUM version that looks stunning! See below for

This game has been professionally serviced for long-lasting reliability and enjoyment. I have many years of experience in pinball repair and restoration as a business, not just a hobby. Anyone can change
a few rubbers and light bulbs on a game and call it "shopped". My games are put through a rigorous multi-step process that is extremely important when buying vintage or pre-owned pinball machines.

location is FREE and I will demonstrate how to break down and set-up your game
and help you load up. For local delivery, there is a charge ranging from
$95 and up, depending on distance and includes PROFESSIONAL in-home set-up and
leveling. Shipment preparation is $60 and includes shrink-wrap and
cardboard. We can do full-wood custom crating if desired. Shipping
generally runs about $350 for East Coast locations and $450 for the West Coast.
