I DO my level best to accurately describe every item I sell, using both words and pictures. I DO NOT withhold information about known issues on items.

Due to upcoming ebay changes we will no longer be accepting returns. I am always ready to answer questions. If you have reservations about the condition of an item or any other detail that I may have failed to mention please email before bidding. I cannot be responsible for disappointment based on bidder speculation about the condition, value, rarity or collectability of one of my items.  

As with anything, exceptions are sometimes made to accept returns. Please contact me for a return authorization. If authorized, the item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped and must also be insured against damage. Any returns that are not properly packaged will be reported to ebay.

I absolutely do not ship items that are damaged beyond what is noted in the listing. If an item is received damaged, this constitutes an insurance claim. It is not an item not as described. You may file the claim yourself through the carrier or Contact me if you need assistance submitting the claim, it’s easy and you will receive your refund faster.  

in order for us to process any return or insurance claim, You must submit photographs of the item and/or item damage (doing so documents condition of the item prior to return shipping). any refund requires return of the item but No refund will be granted without photos of the item prior to return, absolutely no exceptions.

all returns processed by us (regardless of reason) will be LESS the original shipping cost, listing fee and final valuation fee.
