This thing drifts all over the place. I left it and the calibration weights in the same spot on my desk for a day and re-tested it. It seems to need re-calibrating every time you turn it on, and even then the readout will often drift away from a known weight by a gram or more. That error is 10X the rated accuracy. With some hassle you can still get the job done, but I'll be looking for a better replacement asap

This little scale is of high quality and way way better then I ever expected! It is durable (not cheap like many others being offered) also has ability to measure the smallest weights! 0.010 of gram, which is remarkable considering its pocket size. I would highly recommend this scale to anyone that requires being able to measure small weights (gold, silver etc etc). The price of this scale is a great deal compared to others of the same price making big claims that they can not keep. Don't waste your time or money on the other guys junk, Get this scale and you too will be happy!

I purchased this scale to weigh gold dust. It does everything I wanted it to do. It is very easy to use and seems to be very accurate. The only negative thing about it is the auto shut off. It turns itself off WAY TOO SOON. It turns off after only one minute of non use. I cannot find a way to override this. I am sorting out the items that I want to weigh next only to find out it turned itself off lost its TARE setting. This is not a deal breaker but very annoying. Still good scale for the price. Lee
