Our Product:

We are selling very low mile used parts. They may have dirt, small scratches and normal wear. We do our best to describe any flaws that could create concern. Please ask questions and look at the photos to verify that it is correct before bidding. All bids are considered final and will be subject to 15% restocking fee. Other items may be available, please feel free to request anything. It is best to include year and model.

Bidding:

Please contact us before bidding if your rating is 0 (zero), if you do not contact or pay within 24hrs your bid may be cancelled and the item may be relisted. All purchases should be completed within 72 hours.

Problems:

Please contact if you have any problems as we want to be your preferred supplier. We will leave positive feed back as soon as we receive yours.

Offers:

We try to price fairly so only reasonable offers should be sent. As a policy we do not counter just decline. We will try to respond quickly, usually within an hour, to all offers.

Please understand that offers are considered outright and will be considered with total freight included. Freight may and does include all handling charges.

Shipping:

We generally ship the same day FedEx or Priority mail if orders are paid before 2:00. If any special shipping is required please contact us. Please contact us about over seas shipments for rates. Large items will generally be shipped by truck (YRC) and will be priced to commercial addresses with on site loading and unloading or the nearest terminal. If trucked to residential location expect $80 surcharge and if a lift gate is required expect another $80 surcharge. We will ship internationally as well, just inquire as to cost.

Warranty:

All of our items are warranted for 90 days from date of order except electrical items. Electrical items are only warranted to be correct. All electrical items are tested, marked and serial numbers are tracked. Electrical items returned for replacement only. Motors and transmissions are parts only warranty and do not include labor. Motors and transmissions will not be warranted if abused or improperly installed.

Returns:

Any returns have to be authorized and received before 7 days. Shipping is paid by customer. Restocking fees of 15% shipping cost may apply. Replacement only.
