Prior to purchasing, please understand that we are only OFFERING our products and services and you are not obligated or forced to purchase from us. FAIR SHIPPING: Nearly each of our listings is set up with eBay’s automated shipping calculator to help ensure accurate shipping fees. Please understand that the post office charges to ship your item NOT US and that there are supplies and time required to ship an any merchandise. Remember, ALL sellers must endure shipping costs and must account for shipping in their overall sales (a seller offering “Free” shipping simply means that its hidden in the product price). Within the feedback process, you agree not to mark us down or leave negative feedback for charges associated with shipping fees.
COMMERCIAL DELIVERY ADDRESSES: Many parcels are lost after arriving at commercial sites such as apartment complexes, hotels, warehouses, business buildings, etc. We provide tracking with our shipments. Once an item is confirmed delivered to any location, we cannot be held responsible for its handling, damage, or loss. You agree not to submit a claim, damage or downgrade our account if an item is confirmed delivered to such a location and is then damaged or lost after delivery.
THIRD PARTY POSTAL SERVICE: We make sincere attempt to inspect, protect and help with quick delivery of each order received. Just as any postal customer, we cannot control the performance of a third party postal service. While we will provide proper support in the case of any shipping issues that may arise, you agree not to leave negative feedback on our account for the actions, mismanagement or failures of any third party postal service that was beyond our control and has affected your order or its delivery.
FOOD FRESHNESS: To ensure quality and the greatest freshness, most food items are baked or obtained AFTER you complete your purchase. Associated issues, such as longer processing time may be necessary. You acknowledge your understanding with such issues and to refrain from damaging our feedback or account in relation to such issues.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: International shipping often comes with issues, risks, losses and communication misunderstandings that are not cause by the seller and are beyond the sellers control but result in the suffering of the sellers feedback and finances. Many sellers will not provide International shipping due these issues. We would like to keep providing the option for International shipping but need the understanding and cooperation of our valued International customers. Please note that basic shipping is included with your International orders. However, unless your item notes that it will be shipped through eBays Global Shipping Program, we do not charge any customs or any other type of import fees. These fees are determined and charged by the country the package is received by and are charged to the recipient at time of delivery. Regrettably it is against eBay policy and international regulations to alter or fail to disclose required information on a customs document. Therefore, we are unable to fulfill any customer requests that ask us to make dishonest claims on customs forms. You agree not to leave any negative feedback or submit any claims against our account for any such fees or for our refusal to comply with inappropriate customs disclosure alterations you may request.
