Our suppliers don't accept returns or exchanges, however as a courtesy to our clients, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the day the dress was received. This is a strict policy, any return or exchange after 14 days will be refused.
In case of a return, we will refund the amount paid - to your PayPal account - minus a 20% restocking fee & minus the original shipping cost (even if purchased as "free shipping"). Client is also responsible for return shipping cost.
There is a 10% restocking fee for all exchanges & client pays for shipping both ways. Please make sure your order the right size, color, etc. before paying.
We will not accept any returns without an RMA # (return merchandise authorization). Please contact us prior to shipping your dress back. Any package without an RMA # will be refused.
Please note that we do not profit from the restocking fee. It simply reduces the costs associated with returns & exchanges.
We only accept items in its original condition (new with tags), any dress that has been worn, torn, or smells like cigarettes, perfume, body odors, etc. will be returned back & the client pays for the shipping.
