For U.S. Customers
Most items are shipped within 1-2 days (except Sunday) through United States Postal Service after payment is received. It can take 3 - 8 work days for the package to arrive depending on the post office and your location. Puerto Rico is considered part of US so, same US shipping rate applies. When you proceed to checkout, please make sure your address is correct since we are not responsible for a lost package if you provided an incorrect or incomplete address. There is no shipping and handling discount for multiple item purchases.
For International Customers
We ship to Canada and other countries. If your country is not listed below then email us for the shipping price. Shipping to International destinations such as Canada is NOT FREE. The shipping, handling and packaging cost will be a small fee (listed below). Most items are shipped within 1-2 days (except Sunday) after payment is received. It can take 5 - 12 work days for the package to arrive depending on the post office and your location. We offer a shipping discount of $1.00 for each additional item you purchase from us for Canada customers only. Return/Exchange Policy

You may exchange the item for another item of the same value.
