Please allow up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be shipped, After your order is shipped please allow 1-5 business days for receipt. Most in-stock orders placed before 12pm will ship the same day but on occasion we may run out of stock and those orders will ship asap. If your item will take more than 3 days to ship we will notifiy you asap. IF YOU NEED IT YESTURDAY OR TOMMORROW DONT BUY IT BECAUSE YOU WONT GET IT BY THEN!
We will combine shipping the cheapest possible way, please contact us for a qoute or WAIT untill you have made all your purchases from us and REQUEST a invoice and we will make the changes.
- All international orders are ship USPS Priority Mail please allow 1-5 weeks for delievery.
- Import duties, taxes and other charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility and vary by location. Check with your local customs service to determine additional cost prior to bidding/buying.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds...
- You may return anything purchased from the One Vision Motorsports, llc for an exchange or a refund (EXCLUDES ELECTRICAL PARTS), within 14 days of receipt, if you are not completely satisfied.
- All returns must have prior authorization and must have an RA (Return Authorization) number printed on the returns shipping label.
- All unauthorized returns or items returned without an RA may be refused.
- Return shipping charges are your responsibility; unless the return results from an error on our part (i.e. you received a wrong, damaged or defective product).
- Merchandise must be returned in its original box and packaging and be NEW and Unused.
If for any reason you need to return an item and wish to obtain a Return Authorization (RA), please call the One Vision Motorsports Customer Service Department at 606.787.7223. Please be prepared to supply your Invoice Number, Order Number or Auction Number.
Upon receiving your Return Authorization (RA) number from the Customer Service Department, simply fill out the returns sheet (below) that accompanied your order explaining why you are making the return. Box up your merchandise in the original packaging with the returns sheet enclosed and send it back to us. It's that easy!
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process your request in a timely fashion. If you have indicated that you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a credit to the account used in the initial transaction.
