• All fabric comes to us wrapped in protective plastic; most fabric is in perfect condition, but in some circumstances, you will want to wash new fabric before use in order to remove any lingering sign of being kept in a stuffy storage area too long.
• If there are any holes or discoloration on the material, please let us know upon receipt. We check over the material upon cutting, but small damage is difficult to see and is sometimes missed, and we want to be able to exchange/replace that fabric for you asap!

Shipping
  We will charge EXACT SHIPPING prices on all orders.  The shipping calculator is not always 100% accurate, so we will send you an updated invoice with the proper shipping price if you wait before completing payment. We try to send invoices immediately upon request, please be patient, we will get the updated invoice to you within a few hours of ordering (weekend invoices will be sent by Monday morning). • 1 yard - USPS First-Class Mail
• 2-6 yards - USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on destination & weight
• 7+ yards - UPS Ground or USPS Parcel post unless expedited shipping requested
• Expedited shipping available upon request prior to payment completion
• Normal handling time is 1-3 business days; no shipments sent out on weekends
• We are normally very prompt; most customers receive fabric orders within a few days of ordering

Tracking & delays

• Tracking included on all packages, located on customer's my eBay page under 'won items'

• If delayed shipping occurs or your tracking info says 'delivered' (and all addresses on eBay & Paypal are updated), and you don't receive your package, please call us immediately 510.332.5883 so we can open a claim with UPS or USPS (we include insurance on all orders in the rare case the package is lost)
• Please make sure your address is current on eBay and Paypal; if a package is returned to us because of incorrect address and you want us to reship to your current address, we ask that you cover half the price of the cost of what we paid for return shipping to us and for the full price of the re-ship to get the fabric to the correct current destination. If the fabric is no longer needed, we can return the fabric and offer a refund of the order minus a small restock fee, which covers part of the shipping cost and our labor to restock the fabric to our warehouse.

Cutting Fabric

• We cut material upon request only. The price per cut is .60 cents. Please send us a message prior to payment and we will update your invoice.
• If you do not request a cut before payment, you'll receive one continuous piece

3. Machine washable & dries quickly. Best washing instructions are cold water using powder detergent, line or air-dry when possible, and do not iron without a buffer.
4. Environmentally friendly as it is made from recycled plastic PET bottles.
5. Hydrophobic, holding less than 1% of its weight in water when fully soaked and simultaneously highly breathable. Due to this, water vapor from perspiration passes through readily and little is held within the fleece. This makes it a top choice for physical activities where sweating may occur.
6. Good alternative for those sensitive or allergic to wool.
7. Dries very quickly and retains much of its insulation capability even when it is wet, due to its hydrophobic properties.
8. Anti-pilling means the fabric won't get those annoying balls everywhere two pieces rub together (ie under the armpits) or after washing the first time
