- The free shipping offer is applicable to completed auctions within the continental US (48 Contiguous States).
- Most Items usually ship within 48 hours of the cleared payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Payments from Paypal funded by e-Checks (bank accounts) will take up to 3 business days to clear and will delay the shipment.
- We are not responsible for carrier transit times.
- Shipping and packaging fees are not negotiable or refundable.
- Shipping carrier is by sellers discretion (FedEx ground may be substituted for UPS).

- freight damage must be reported to KohKuhNuhts (Koh-Kuh-Nuhts) within 3 days in order to file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier.

- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained prior to returning the item or it will not be accepted.
- A 20% restocking fee can be charged for any return not in the original condition including the original packaging.
