These are some of the fastest and tightest timed DDR2 DIMMs you can buy with the high quality Micron chips. Crucial also sells the Ballistix Sport line which is more abundant but has higher 5-5-5 timing than when compared to these original Ballistix 4-4-4. These used to sell for $80 but when I was able to get a set for $60, $15 per DIMM, it was a better bargain for an older computer. With 8GB of memory now in dual channel its still more than enough for everyday use. Not many games even require more than this amount of memory which is the same as current consoles have. These chips are getting harder to find and are no longer sold so I am glad I was able to find them.
