After receiving your order, please contact us within 14 days regarding a return. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted. Any returns must be in saleable condition, in original sealed packaging. We do not offer returns on opened items. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless you have received a damaged or incorrect product. Damaged products must be returned and will be exchanged with the same item or a credit given. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will need an RMA number before returning any product. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Please contact us to request an RMA. After receiving an RMA, your return must be received within 14 days. Most refunds are processed in 3-5 business days after we receive and process your return.
