Shipping Information

We ship most items USPS, FedEx or Greyhound Packaage Xpress, depending upon which choice is most economical. Insurance is included with each package we ship. Tracking numbers will be posted to the buyers Purchase History page in Ebay. Most items ship out within 1 business day but sometimes it can take 3 business days.

We will expedite an order if you need it quickly, please contact us and we can give you the expedited shipping costs and options.

If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can get the things moving on a replacement. If the tracking number for your package says it never got delivered, we will ship a replacement to you but it may take as many as 7 to 10 business days to get an insurance replacement on its way to you.

Dead on Arrival

If you have a problem with a part, please bring it to our attention. We are easy to work with but don't take to squeaky wheels very well. We will either fix it, replace it or issue a refund, whichever fixes the problem.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. Refunds will be made minus the cost of shipping to buyer and buyer must pay for return shipping. Refunds will be made after the item is received and is verified to be in like condition from when it was shipped by us, so please pack returns very well.
