SHIPPING TERMS  

We commonly ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Orders will ship within 1 business day after payment is received.

FedEx Ground or SmartPost is our preferred shipping method for larger packages (5+ lbs.)
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

USPS is our preferred shipping method for smaller packages (under 5 lbs.)

Please be aware that we observe most National Holidays; and therefore you may see a slight delay in processing your orders around holidays.

We offer Combined Shipping on certain auctions. Please notify your friendly iBuyz representative if you wish to combine shipping.  Most of the time, combining shipping can be done at checkout from within eBay.

We offer Local Pickup for local bidders at iBuyz Liquidation, Louisville, KY. Local pickup items will be available Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (EST) only.   Pickups must be scheduled ahead of time, and we require that all items be pre-paid a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Please be aware that while you will not be paying for shipping costs if picked up locally, you will be responsible for Kentucky State Sales Tax of 6%. All Kentucky customers are subject to Sales Tax. Items need to be picked up within 5 business days.

SHIPPING TERMS - INTERNATIONAL

iBuyz is always evaluating the viability of reaching out our international community.  Unlike many eBay sellers, we still welcome the business of international buyers on certain auctions that stipulate international shipping availability.

Please Note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, applicable duties and brokerage or custom fees.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are gladly accepted if items are defective, damaged beyond what was disclosed in the listing, sent to you by mistake or grossly misrepresented. Please keep in mind, we do the very best we can to accurately describe all items being sold. Items should be returned within 30 days from the day you receive your order. Refunds will not be issued until we receive and review the item you are returning. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless there is some sort of error with the order or defect with the product.  In ONLY these cases, iBuyzdeal will work with the buyer to reimburse for fair and accurate return shipping rates.

Please contact us through eBay messages if you need to return an item.

On occasion, we will sell items “As-Is” which will be clearly stated in the auction listing.  These items may offer exceptional value! Items classified “As-Is” are NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstances.   This type of sale is always very clearly stated in the listing.
