We all want to trust our gear and make sure it works properly every time. This test chart is designed to test your optics and still picture cameras (both digital and traditional film hardware).

99% of Ink Jets don't produce sharp carved outlines! That is why I use CUSTOM MADE VECTOR GRAPHICS MASTERS for printing. Creating vector graphics can be laborious but IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET ULTRA HIGH RESOLUTION PRINT (see pic. 4-6).

The chart is printed on a heavy matte synthetic paper by a reputable American printing company. This unique paper contains special materials that make it waterproof. The chart can withstand moderate amount of abuse (don’t let your dog get a hold of it) and is guaranteed to last for years to come.

This Full Color High Resolution Chart contains a lot of areas suitable for testing purposes and can be used to determine resolution and imaging characteristics of digital or film camera systems:

• The areas for general tests, such as resolution, horizontal and vertical distortions, spectrum aberrations, vignetting, etc.
• Neutral gray background for proper and accurate white balance correction
• Full-color (CMYK) areas with a special wide color assortment
• and, of course, areas with semitones and color charts for easy understanding of how your optics interpret colors and gradients

The chart is 11 x 17 inches in size, which happens to be the proportion of all SLR and dSLR cameras.

This chart is 100% WATERPROOF! That means you can wash it with warm water and liquid soap. Avoid harsh chemicals. They are no good for the chart or for you.

• ONE HIGH RESOLUTION DOUBLE-SIDED TEST CHART

This test chart is designed to test your optics and electronic still picture cameras. The chart is printed on a very heavy 16pt cover matte paper by a reputable American printing company. This paper is absolutely suitable for a long term use.

—    THE FRONT SIDE | Black & white high resolution chart, which contains a lot of areas suitable for testing purposes and can be used to determine resolution and imaging characteristics of digital or film camera systems. The proportion of the chart is 3:2, which happens to be the proportion of all SLR and dSLR cameras.

—    THE BACK SIDE | Full-color print with some helpful areas, such as:
• Kelvin Color Temperature Scale for correctly identifying color temperature conditions
• Areas with semitones and color charts for easy understanding of how your optics interpret colors and gradients
• Full-color (CMYK) image with a special wide color assortment
(Some of us have to make prints right on the spot for our clients and we need to know how accurately our printer interprets colors. This picture will help you with control and calibration of your printer and/or monitor (pic. 7).
