My supplier's sources unique, hi tech products from China Mainland factories. The factories are often OEM manufacturers for big, well-known electronics brands. Their product quality is excellent, but sometimes, factory production line error rates are simply not strict enough.
To guarantee the quality of the products you buy from me, my supplier in China put in place a rigorous Quality Control process for all my products.
·Every product you buy from me has been quality controlled by their QC technicians before it was put on the warehouse shelves.
·All products are visually inspected for good appearance.
·All products are switched on and have their main functions tested one by one.
·All packages are checked to ensure they contain the correct accessories. Accessories such as earphones and cables are tested as well.
Air Mail delivery is a cheap, safe way of sending goods in small packets by air freight. Packets are first delivered by truck from China to Hong Kong, and then entered into a special registered Air Mail system in the Airport.
How long does the Air Mail delivery take?
Around 10-20 days to your door, after dispatch from the warehouse in China (allow up to 1 week for dispatch, after QC inspection and packing, dependent on item and quantity).
The another delivery method for your goods is by courier such as DHL. They will deliver to your doorstep. You need to be present for the delivery and sign for the packages. Please inspect the goods are intact before signing.
·Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered.
·It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number.
·If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods. Any such charges are your responsibility and unfortunately I cannot offer advice or estimates about import fees or other taxes in your country.
·If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.
How Fast Can I Get My Products With DHL?
·The time from when you pay to the time when you receives the goods is typically 6-10 days.
·Your goods will be Quality Controlled, Packed, and Dispatched within 6 days of payment (usually faster).
·After your goods will be send out, i email you the courier tracking number within 1 working day.
·Transit time from China to your delivery destination, including delivery by courier to your door, is normally only 3-5 days.

If you chose ship the goods with UPS their requiring a signature. This protects you against wrong delivery and means i can totally guarantee your goods will arrive with you, or your money back.
Check with your country's Customs if there are taxes or fees to pay when you import electronics from China. Tell them the type of products and $ values you are importing. With UPS shipments the clearance is handled by UPS and if there are taxes to pay, you are invoiced at the point of delivery.
Due to my supplier's stringent sourcing and QC processes, the fault rate on products shipped out by me is very low. However, sometimes faults develop which couldn't be detected before, and i will help you solve these problems.
If you have any difficulties whatsoever with the products, or you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, you can contact me and we will discuss the issue in an open, honest way.
·In general, if a product develops a fault during the 365 days since you received it, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, i will accept a return.
·You need to pay the cost of returning faulty products back to the warehouse in China .
·When i receive your return i will send it to China(or you can send it straight to China) to repair the product for free and send it back to you for free. Repairing may involve changing parts, for example a faulty screen. In general you will receive back, fixed, the same product you returned to me.
·If a repair is impossible i will refund you what you originally paid so you can choose to buy a new one.
Exceptions to Warranty
·The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.
·The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.
·Batteries have a special condition applied to them due to impracticability of applying a 12 month rule

The lifetime of a battery depends heavily on:
·how often you've used the device;
·your charging habits;
·how full or empty the battery has been and how many times;
·environmentalinfluences such as heat and humidity.
Rechargeable batteries can also be permanently reduced in capacity if you leave them completely drained for a long period of time. To keep your batteries healthy keep them charged and in use.
All my products have the batteries tested and confirmed OK when entering my supplier?s warehouse stock, and i ensure proper stock turnover so no products are expired when i send them out.
When you receive your items, charge the batteries fully before use, as my supplier do not pre-charge the batteries for you on all items.
For the "usage affects lifetime" reasons mentioned above, it is virtually impossible for my supplier, to tell if a battery is "faulty", or just simply "naturally worn out" by your own use. Therefore the general 12 month product warranty from me does NOT apply to rechargeable batteries.
Please note my policy as follows:
·Your product batteries are covered against faults for the first 30 days from the time you receive your goods only. Within this time if there is a fault i will assist you with replacing the faulty items. Normally this will be via a special delivery of the new batteries.
·If, within this 30-day limited warranty period, the batteries will not recharge, or appear to drain too fast,contact me and i will give you information about what levels it should be functioning at and confirm if it is faulty and can be replaced.
·Outside this limited warranty period, customers are requested to pay for deliveries of spare batteries. In such a case, contact me and i will tell you how much you need to pay, as these items are not listed on my store.
As soon as your goods will be dispatched from warehouse in China, i will email you a tracking number for the courier used (depending on your email preferences).
If you have not received a tracking number from me, it probably means i have not sent out your order yet. Most orders take 1-3 days to check, pack, and dispatch. If you are wondering where your order has got to, please contact me and i will explain the causes
Is the shipment insured?
Yes, i will guarantee against delivery exceptions and damage in transit. Delivery issues are rare with this systematic, professional service, and goods are packed securely by my supplier.
Delivery Failure Scenarios:
The package is lost, broken, or stolen before it reaches you. i will re-send the goods or give a full refund. In practice such cases are very rare, when using courier services. Please note confirmation of such cases can take some time.
·An Air Mail package has not arrived after a long time. I will give a full refund after the delivery deadline has expired. These cases are rare, and if this ever occurs, i will inform you of the delivery deadline for your package, which will be 30-60 days depending on the region.
·A multi-part delivery arrives missing some items or packets. In such a scenario you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. With the correct documentary proof through the courier company reporting process, i will re-send the goods or give a refund.
·Items in the packet arrive in a damaged condition. In such a scenario you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. Provided you follow through the correct reporting process, the goods can be handed back to the courier and i will send new goods or give a refund. If you do not immediately follow the courier's reporting procedure, and thus no adequate documentation is available to prove the goods arrived damaged, i will offer advice on a case-by-case basis about whether you can return the goods to me or China for replacements or a refund.
·A shipment is delayed, turned back, or seized by Customs If the Customs issue was your responsibility, you are liable. If the failed delivery was due to mis-handling by my supplier, you will receive compensation when the case is resolved. Such cases are unusual but it is important you are aware of your responsibilities in such a case.
Returns. Before returning goods, please contact me first to discuss the issues you are having. In over 90% of cases i'm able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.
If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them for repair or replacement under manufacture twelve month warranty.
Can you return products if you not satisfied?
·All my products come with a 12 month warranty from a manufacture.
·This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device is unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from warehouse, i will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or a refund.
·Any returns must be discussed with me.
·All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
·In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement / refund under the warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to the warehouse in China are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by me.
·Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty. Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.
You received your item but it got broken during delivery.
Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.
If this has happened, please follow these steps:
·If possible, raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the goods. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.
·If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. They will have a complaining procedure which will enable you to get compensation.
·Next, contact me with a full description / pictures of the broken item issue. I will contact the courier company from my end.
·Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate me, and we will pass on this compensation to you. The compensation varies from case to case and is different for each delivery company. In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to me in order to send out a new piece.

·I will open a support ticket detailing the order number, product name / item code, and nature of the problem.
·My supplier will replies to propose solutions, ask clarification questions.
·You will replies with further details if available.
·My supplier will replies authorizing the return, giving an RMA (return to manufacturer authorization), and providing a returns slip for enclosing with the returned goods. The returns slip has the returns address in China or Hong Kong.
·You can returns the goods by normal post using the instructions on the returns slip to me, and i will take care of it or you can send it to China by your self .
·My supplier receives the returned goods and technicians check the products.
·My suppliers offers a report to me (or to you, if you send it). If the products are faulty the usual procedure is to initiate a repair immediately and confirm with me (or you) the address that the repaired goods will be sent back to.
·The repaired goods are re-checked by my suppliers technicians. Most basic repairs are completed within one week.
·If all is fixed the repaired goods are packaged securely sent out back to you.
