Complete Apple IIe workstation with printers original software & manuals - WORKS

Up for sale is my Apple IIe work station.  I purchased this system new, except for the ImageWriter, in November 1984 -- back when I was still young -- and have the original receipt.  Not sure what that says about Apple users?!

It is a complete setup in fully operational condition.  The system for sale includes the computer with two disk drives, mouse and joy stick.  It also has an Olympia daisy wheel printer that to my amazement still prints letter perfect quality with a 30 year old ribbon!  It sounds so cool, like a mini jackhammer.  This printer comes with a spare daisy wheel, is tractor and friction fed, and is good to go with whatever paper you have.  Plus, if you want to print 80-Column documents the never used Errata jumper block with instructions are included. 

This package also includes an Apple ImageWriter printer, but for the life of me I cannot find the cable for it.  The printer worked when I put it away, and it still powers up as I do have its power cord.

Also included is all the software with manuals you will ever need to make this a productive work station.  I am also including some additional disks of games and financial software, and all the official documents that came with the system when purchased new in 1984.  Besides the original Apple software and manuals are all the manuals and software for Claris Apple works upgrades, and a 5 ½” disk storage box to keep all your software in one tidy place.

The machine is in fine condition with three condition issues; 1) I cannot find the cable for the ImageWriter, 2) the label from the ImageWriter printer case is missing, and 3) the metal bracket that a disk drive cable plugs into on the back of the CPU is broken off.  That issue is shown in a photograph above and does not affect the disk drives use.  None of these issues are significant except for the missing cable; obviously that printer will not work without it.  There are no cracks or breaks on any of the equipment housings, and the color of the machine housings are uniform without any tape or label stains to mess up the vintage look.

I am a little freaked out about shipping electronics of this vintage, however I am an excellent packaging person and will do my best to get it delivered undamaged.  Once it leaves here please understand it is yours.  I will work with you to resolve any damage claims with the carrier but the ultimate responsibility is the buyers.  Shipping and handling are not cheap.  I do not hold back in terms of what it takes to package delicate items well and work within packaging guidelines of the carriers.  UPS will package and ship allowing the equipment to be fully insured if that is something you prefer to do.   Absolutely no International shipping on this item. 

My sales history with ebay is excellent.  You can and should bid with confidence; a full and complete system like this is rare!
