• Returns and Exchanges • We accept returns or exchanges for products in new unused condition with all tags still attached within fourteen days of delivery. You can choose either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. We just deduct shipping and handling. We will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for the item within five business days of receiving your package and email you a receipt confirming the credit. ****Please contact us before returning an item**** • *For your protection make sure to get tracking information on your package since you are responsible until we receive the merchandise. • * The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. • * When sending an item back, please include your name, email address, phone number and the reason for the return on a plain piece of paper. • Exchanges • If you would like to exchange your product for another, the best option is to return your product for a full refund and place your new order at the same time. Since we deal with low quantities on many of our items, placing the new order now insures for a quick delivery and that the item won’t go out of stock.
