DOMESTIC SHIPPING

FREE shipping is offered with a majority of our inventory unless otherwise noted.  In that case, a shipping discount is offered for items purchased within 7 days and invoiced together.

We offer USPS services: First Class, Parcel Post, and Priority Mail AND UPS.  Please ask for a combined invoice when done shopping for accurate shipping fees.

Your package will be shipped within 24/48 hours upon receipt of payment.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information once package is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

USPS (International first class and Priority Mail) AND UPS services are offered.  (PLEASE NOTE: UPS offer a daily tracking service BUT their custom fees and taxes are more expensive and are additional costs that are not covered by the shipping cost.

E-mail us ahead of time for a shipping quote.  Once you are done shopping, please ask for a combined invoice in order to receive accurate shipping fees.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.   Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Custom fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up.  These fees are not additional shipping charges.  We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms, in doing so is against U.S. and international laws.

Most packages will arrive within 1-2 weeks but allow up to 6 weeks (45 days), depending on your location and customs department.  

STORE INVENTORY

All items are in stock and NEW (unless noted in the written description).

We describe the inventory to the best of our abilities.  Feel free to bring any information/picture discrepancy to our attention.

Due to agreements we have with some manufactures, we are required to use stock information and/or stock photos.  Sometimes a vendor may change the item’s packaging without notification.  You will receive the correct item although the picture may be slightly different.

 RETURNS

Returns/exchanges are accepted if there is a manufacturer’s defect; returned shipping costs are NOT covered by us.  We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. Please purchase accordingly.

PAYMENT

PayPal is our preferred method of payment.  Credit Card payments can be made securely through PayPal.  Payment is due within 7 days of auction end and/or store purchase(s).  Contact us if you need to make other arrangements.

The feedback rating system is a vital part of the e-bay system.  Because of this, we strive to bring you quality products at a fair price with exceptional service.  If for any reason, you have any questions or concerns, please notify us so immediately.

When store owners receive a high feedback rating, e-bay rewards us with lower fees.  As we save money, our savings are past on to you!
