Item specifics

Condition: UsedBrand: Colnago
Frame Size: 52s cm SlopingModel: EPS
Complete Bike/Frame: Frame and ForkModel Year: 2009
Frame Material: Carbon Fiber
For auction is a 2009 Colnago EPS Frame and Fork in the AMRD colour way. The frame size is 52s (sloping), which is equivalent to a 56 Traditional in Colnago sizing. Please consult the Colnago website for geometry. In the current line the EPQ shares the same geometry.  The auction also include the Colnago EPS Seatpost, Campagnolo Super Record BB Overboard Cups (English), and 2 FSA Carbon Bottlecages.

The frame and fork are in immaculate condition. I purchased it in August of 2009 for $5000.00 CAD, at Wheels of Bloor, in Toronto Ontario. The steerer tube has been cut leaving 4.5cm above the top cap spacer as can be seen in the photo. The frame has been well taken care off and I cannot find any marking or scratching of the paint save for a few scuffs and fingerprints, here and there,  that can be wiped clean. The tubes have been protected from cable rub by clear lizard skin decals and the drive side chain stay has been covered with a lizard skin leather chain stay protector. These protectors can be removed if desired.

The EPS is a Made in Italy frame of High Modulus Carbon fiber using lug and tube construction. This is the fourth frame and third Colnago I have listed for auction and all previous buyers have been entirely satisfied.  I do accept returns if the buyer informs me of their intent to do so within seven days after receipt of the item. Please note that the cost of return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Thank you for your interest.

Q: Would you be able to scan me a copy of the purchase invoice from Bloors - so that I can verify its origin? Alternatively, is there someone at Bloors I can call to verify?
A: Hi: I may be able to find the receipt, I'll look through my records. My insurance agent also may have a copy as the frame was insured under a separate waiver. I bought the frame from Wheels of Bloor in August or Sept. ... Continue reading
