CONDITION OF SALE:

TERMS:  Full payment by cashiers check, bank check, money order or company check
must be made prior to shipment unless otherwise arranged. 
If paying by check, allow for standard check clearing time. approx. 10 days.
Items for sale are subject to prior sale.
Title to goods does not pass to buyer until payment is received in full.
Texas residents will pay the applicable sales tax unless we (the seller)
are provided with the buyers sales tax exemption information.

SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for shipping & insurance of purchased items.
Any damage in transit is the responsibility of the buyer and their chosen shipping carrier.
LOADING: We (the seller) can load on customers provided truck free of charge
unless otherwise noted in the item (auction) description herein.
Crating/Boxing charge will be assesed on a per item basis.
