Customer Return in Excellent Condtion ~ The leather is intact and still maintains its shape & shine. There is no obvious evidence of wear short of a faint scuff or two (too faint to show in photos). Straps and bottom corners are smooth, clean and intact.   
 
The interior is also in excellent condition with no obvious stains. No rips, tears or holes and no odors.  All stitching is tight and all hardware is in working order. No incidentals included; bag comes exactly as pictured. If you have any questions, just let us know. Thanks!

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Numbers are now required for ALL returns. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via eBay's "Ask A Question" link located on the lower left side of the listing page (RMA's cannot be issued by phone). We'll respond to your request within 1 day and will provide complete return instructions along with your RMA number which MUST be written on the outside of the package. If an item is returned without the RMA clearly noted on the package, it will be refused and returned to the sender.

Upon receipt of the item and completion of the Request to Cancel Transaction, your purchase price will be refunded, less our initial shipping cost PLUS insurance & packing materials costs which usually average from $2.50 to $5.75 (no exceptions), as long as the following conditions are met:

Item must be returned within 14 days of original receipt date and must be in the same condition as when you received it.

All retail store tags and/or our store security tag* must remain attached and all incidentals must be included.
