Terms of Sale

1- Please know your measurements before bidding. Use a tape measure to take your actual measurements for a proper fit. Do not judge bust measurement by the bra size

2- ALL gowns and dresses that we sell are quality brand new, direct from the manufacturer. They are never been worn or used. They are still in the original manufacturers packaging.

A-Refund Policy:

1-    We Accept returns for REFUND within 14 days provided you notify us within 2 days of receiving the dress. The dress must be in the original condition in which it was received with all tags, and bags included with no signs of being worn/torn; smell of perfume, body odor, dry cleaning chemicals, or cigarette smoke; and must have security tags intact.  If the dress does show any signs of the latter, it will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. 

2-    All returns for REFUND will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus a deduction of the original shipping costs if original purchase included free shipping. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

3-    Returns for refund must be received within 14 days of buyer receiving the items. Any returns after 14 days will be refused.

B-Exchange Policy:

1-    We Accept returns for EXCHANGE within 14 days provided you notify us within 2 days of receiving the dress. The dress must be in the original condition in which it was received with all tags, and bags included with no signs of being worn/torn; smell of perfume, body odor, dry cleaning chemicals, or cigarette smoke; and must have security tags intact.  If the dress does show any signs of the latter, it will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. 

2-    All returns for EXCHANGE will be charged 20% restocking fee plus the new shipping charges.

3-    Returns for exchange must be received within 14 days of buyer receiving the items. Any exchanges after 14 days will be refused.

4-    Please note that we do not profit from the restocking fee, this is a fee that our supplier charges us.
