If the item you receive does not match the item you purchased or if there is a problem with your order, or the item you received was damaged during shipping please email us immediately. Please put, "PROBLEM WITH ORDER" and the eBay Item number in the Subject Line of your email.
We will take care of the discrepancy as soon as possible. We will either arrange for immediate replacement (if replacement item is available in stock) or give you a full refund (if replacement item is not available in stock).
Buyer should notify us no later than 2 days after receipt of merchandise If we are not at fault, and the customer wishes to return the item(s) for other reasons, the item(s) must be sent back in their original package and show no sign of use.
