Hand Trucks and Casters will make exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:
You can cancel for a full refund if your order has not already shipped. If you made a mistake or found a better price or change your mind about a purchase prior to payment being made we will cancel the transaction at your request.
We ship most orders within 24 hours of payment receipt and if an order has shipped prior to your request to cancel the order is received we will refund the price of the item less the actual shipping cost. In the case of items with FREE shipping, free is not the actual cost.
If we make an error on your order we will pay the return shipping and refund the full amount of your order plus the cost of your return shipping.
If you decide that you did not purchase the correct product, made a mistake or no longer want an item we will authorize a refund for the purchase price minus actual shipping costs and up to a 30% restock fee may apply. We will not pay the return shipping.
No Refunds on Ramps, Walk Ramps, Dock Plates, Curb Ramps, Slider Ramps or any Special Orders for buyer’s remorse.
We charge up to a 30% restock fee to replace open or damaged boxes and packaging, and to cover handling costs.
We will not issue a refund if the item has visible (customer caused) damage or signs of use.
You must request a return authorization and put our RGA or RMA number on the outside of the box and your original packing list on the inside of the box with an explanation of your request in order to get a refund.
No refunds will be given if an item is returned without an RGA or RMA number.
Any order may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if the order has not already shipped.
If any shipping service other than economy was selected at the time of payment your order will ship within 24 business hours.
Any order canceled after 24 hours will be a subject to a restocking fee.
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the product. All returned products must be in original condition (not used, not installed, and not damaged with all original packaging material included).
Prior to returning the product customers must email or call us 800-235-7719 for a return authorization number. Any return without a return authorization number will be refused. All associated shipping charges when returning or exchanging the product is paid by the customer.
Some items are damaged during shipping. This is not common, but it happens. If an item is received in an obviously damaged package or box, please indicate that when signing for the item. USPS usually inspects and notes damage to the box and no further action is required by you. UPS and FedEx will not inform you, but we require that they get your signature at the time of delivery. Please make a note on the receiving document that there were signs of damage. It is not a requirement that you open and inspect the product immediately, but you can if you choose to.
