The Nikkor 135mm f2.5 manual focus lens has a reputation as a classic telephoto lens from the golden age of Nikon—

CONDITION Cosmetically both the lens and the hood are exceptionally clean. I see some light marks on the hood
a very small mark on the distance scale by "1.7", a little paint wear on the mounting ring, and that's about it. No
dents, dings or signs of abuse. Even the silver ring is clean.
The optics are EXTREMELY clean and clear under strong backlighting. Front and rear, don't see any cleaning marks, haze or fungus, just a few odd dust specs.
Focusing is smooth, the aperture control is easy and positive, and the diaphragm blades are unworn, with no oil. All markings are clear and
This Lens comes with a nice, clear Vivitar #8 (K2) 52mm yellow filter, a Nikon front and rear cap, and its original Nikon box with the correct number marked.
The original cost is still on the box—$380.00!
VALUE: eBay selling prices seem to range from $150 - $385 for good examples of these lenses—depending on condition. Very few seem to come
in their original boxes.
