First Class Mail International usually arrives within 7 to 28 business days
Priority Mail International usually arrives within 5 to 25 business days
International Mail delivery times vary greatly from country to country, and largely depend on how long an item is held in customs by the receiving country. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, you should be aware that the transit time can be as high as 25 business days, even on the Priority mail packages, although most items will arrive much sooner. We are more than happy to give you a quote for Express Mail International if you so desire.
For Customers Purchasing from Outside the United States:
·Import duties, taxes, and other charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
·Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
·These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight / shipping company or when you pick up your item. Do not confuse these charges for additional shipping charges.
·We do not mark merchandise values below the actual value or mark the items as gifts.U.S. and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
·We have a 30 day No-Questions-Asked return policy on all new, unopened items.
oShipping fees/costs and/or return shipping costs are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the buyer
·Once you open the packaging on an item, the sale is final, unless the item is defective.
·Defective items may be returned for the length of the warranty specified in the auction.
oYou will receive a refund or a replacement, at our discretion.
·In order to return an item, you must contact us by email through ebay to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). We will not accept returns without prior authorization.
·All product(s) must be returned as originally received, to include original packaging, manuals, documentation, and all bundled accessories.·Returns must be packaged appropriately as to minimize any unnecessary damage during transit. Product(s) damaged during shipment will invalidate both the warranty and the RMA, and will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
