We ship within 24 hours of receiving payment using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. For International Shipping we use USPS priority mail international only. If you need any other service such as overnight please email us before we ship your item for additional fees. When your order is shipped you will receive tracking information. Any additional items purchased to receive discount must be shipped with your first item purchased.

RETURN POLICY:

We will accept a return under the following conditions:

• Shoes must be returned in the same new condition within fourteen days after receiving your package.
• You must inform us before you return the shoes.
• After fourteen days we do not accept returns.
• The shoes must be returned in the same box as received. All tags, dust covers, booklets and whatever else was shipped with your shoes must be returned.
• We do not accept returns on watches, accessories, handbags or wallets.
• We do not accept returns on shoes that have been worn or used.
• There will be a nominal 5% restocking fee on all shoes returned to cover the shipping fees and expenses to list an item.
• There is no restocking fees for exchanges, so if you need to return your shoes please check our store to see if we have a pair that you would like to exchange for. We have thousands of shoes to choose from.
• If shoes are returned worn or with scuff marks on the bottom there will be a 30% restocking fee, so we suggest that you try them on inside on carpet.
• Shipping fees will not be refunded.

PAYMENTS:

• Payments are due within 24 hours of purchasing item.
• We accept payments through PayPal.
• If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to pay with a major credit card you will be able to do so through the PayPal site. When you click the (Pay Now) button you will be directed to the PayPal site where you have this Payment Option for Non PayPal Members.
• If you are purchasing an item with the Buy It Now option, payment is due at time of purchase.
• If you are using an E Check through PayPal your package will be shipped as soon as the funds are deposited in our account, which usually takes a few days to clear.
