BRAND NEW, chrome plated reproductions of the 1950's to 1960's period LUCAS accessory mirrors that were fitted to most British sports cars such as:

These mirrors are complete assemblies including the rubber mounting gasket. They are a SET of 2, one LH and one RH, each fitted with flat type mirror glass. The outer edge of the 4" diameter glass where it meets the frame is machine ground to a 45 degree bevel. They are adjustable and can be tightened to a fixed position. Usually fitted to the front fenders, they are great looking on kit cars, as well as all older vehicles, both foreign and American.

Warning: LUCAS does NOT make this type of mirror any longer. As a matter of fact, they haven't made these for decades! The ones you see on eBay are reproduction mirrors in which someone (the seller or his supplier) has fitted to the mirrors, the reproduction backplates with the LUCAS logos on them. (See Moss 165-307)

We have some mirrors with convex glass that some people like to put on the passenger side. New cars usually have a convex mirror on the passenger side with the inscription, "Objects in mirror appear closer than they are"; however, our convex mirrors do not have any inscription on them.

If you want a convex mirror instead, you must specify this clearly on your PayPal payment as the default for this listing is for a standard glass mirror.

It's "Shipping Time", NOT "Delivery Time". Be aware that you can always phone us at 401-725-5000 and speak to a "real" person if you need something shipped out quicker.

Lastly, but most importantly, by monitoring our feedback continually, we can determine if a buyer leaves us unjustified low grades. If this is the case, we will block that buyer from future purchases. There are people in cyberspace who have unrealistic expectations or are not very honorable. If you are one of them and do us an injustice, you won't get a second chance.
