Payment

Payment is expected within 5 days of the sale. We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. To pay using a credit card please email us with a phone number and we will call to get your information. Tennessee residents pay 9.25% sales tax.

Shipping

Most items ship with 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Due to rapidly fluctuating stock, rush delivery is not available unless noted. Tracking numbers are only provided if your item ships UPS or USPS Priority Mail and they will be emailed automatically by UPS or USPS/Paypal to the email associated with your eBay account. Please do not email us asking for tracking numbers, it simply floods our mailbox. We also ship USPS 1st Class and Priority Mail for smaller items through Paypal Shipping. Paypal shipping will send your USPS tracking info to the email you have on file with Paypal. Please also check your spam folder. If your package comes back as refused or returned for any other reason you will be responsible for the shipping charges if you want us to re-ship it. All shipping charges are quoted up front except for large international orders. Please allow up to 4 business days for us to obtain the cheapest shipping quote for large international orders. If you don’t agree with the shipping cost please do not bid on an item. Shipping charges include handling and materials costs.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

WARRANTY

Tennessee Cycles makes no warranty of the parts that are distributed by us, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If the manufacturer has a warranty, it will be included with the product. The manufacturer may alter or change appearance of products from what is displayed in our images. We cannot be responsible for production changes that might occur from the manufacturer.

RETURNS

Any item may be returned for full credit (minus our shipping and handling charges) within 10 days of your purchase if it is unused in original packaging and in saleable condition. Shipping costs are listed for each item, in the case of free shipping items, it is our actual cost to ship.The original sales invoice must be included in the package. Shipping charges are not refundable. All shipping costs to returned items will be paid by the buyer. PLEASE READ ITEM DESCRIPTION FULLY.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If an item is defective or differs from description we will replace or refund your full price including shipping charges. Item must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. Return shipping charges will also be refunded up to what it actually cost us to ship the item. We will not refund more than our actual shipping cost to ship the item to you. Return insurance, signature confirmation, or failure to ship at the lowest cost are NOT REFUNDABLE.

MISCELLANEOUS

Non-stock items may be subject to manufacturer restocking charges. Tennessee Cycles is not responsible for any charges for labor, repairs, materials, down-time or lost profits due to returning any merchandise. Returns due to customer error will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge.
