Condition of piece: As discovered in the estate, not lined, some very fine craquelure upper right, many generally each individually rather small scattered imperfections including spatters, scuffs and paint flaking as pictured in our detail images, none of which are particularly major or detrimental to the overall composition, some moderate old moisture staining to the rear of the canvas as visible in detail images. Frame is structurally sound with light scattered wear, scattered craquelure and handsome scattered rubbing to red primer so coveted in the interior design trade. Nice item, the painting needing conservation.
