20% restocking fee for all returns. No exceptions. We will not accept returns if item has been used. Returns will not be accepted if no RA number issued. Please contact us first to get RA number before returning merchandise. Merchandise must be returned unopened with the manufacturer's seal unbroken and intact, when applicable. You must return merchandise in the same condition as it was received. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
