Hard to get—hard to find. Awarded on 01-21-2012 at the annual banquet. I am listing this as a AUCTION. Please don’t ask me the "buy it now" price. All proceeds stay in Scouting.

I had a question about two things--- The WWW is "ghosted" on the right side of the flap and the year ( 2011 ) is ghosted on the left side of the flap. YES they are on there. The FDL is in the turtle shell. Thanks!!
