How To Order
The Colours in the photo image are as accurate as possible within the tolerances of the desktop screen. Please therefore ensure you request one of our free leather samples.
The best way to place your order is via ebay or Telephone .As all our furniture is hand made to order a 25% deposit payment is required. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Sterling or Euro bank cheques and direct bank transfer payments.
When orders are placed online they are automatically confirmed. If ordered via fax, post or telephone we will always confirm in writing by email or post.
Making Changes To Your Order
Alterations to your order within a few days are usually accepted. Changing an order may cause a delay in production or may alter the original price.
Many of our customers decide to add to their collection by ordering additional items at a later date. For this reason, each piece that leaves our workshop is archived, allowing us to emulate every detail. We even commission the same upholsterer to ensure consistent workmanship. As leather is subject to discolouration with age and use, we will not always be able to guarantee an exact colour match.
Deliveries within the United Kingdom
We Deliver to any UK Mainland address for the delivery price quoted this includes a two-man in-home White Glove service. On most occasions the vehicle used for our UK deliveries is a small box van. Please inform us in advance if there is restricted access to your home to avoid delays. If the delivery date that you are offered is not acceptable we will move your delivery to the next available delivery date. If the above does not meet your satisfaction you can arrange your own courier
To place and confirm your order we will require a minimum of 25% deposit of the total amount and the rest of the balance paid before or on delivery. Remaining balance must be paid once the furniture has been delivered to your home either to the delivery company or if paying by Credit Debit card calling our office.
We have partnered with various different carriers to provide a worldwide delivery service. To help us maintain a low-cost delivery solution, most vehicles will arrive with a single driver. It is therefore necessary to ensure at least two people are present to help carry the furnishings into your home. Any extra services such as a second man or packaging removal are subject to surcharges and must be requested in advance.
Collecting From Our Workshop
Customers are most welcome to collect their goods directly from our workshop. Collections must be booked 2-3 days in advance and between the hours of 10am to 7pm. There is no charge for collection. Once the Furniture leaves our premises we cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur in transit.
On receipt of your order it is essential to inspect the goods for any signs of transit damage and note down any problems on the drivers note. Minor incidents are often resolved by sending an upholsterer to your home and therefore you may decide to accept the delivery for convenience sake. If the item is badly damaged, refuse the items and contact us immediately. Whatever you decide, we will take back any damaged goods to be replaced completely free of charge. Your statutory rights are not affected. If this is the first you have purchased furniture via the internet we understand that you may be a little cautious. All our furniture comes with one year cover for any leather defect and a 10 year cover for the frame, allowing for fair wear and tear.
