We are trying our best to keep prices low and customers happy. That is why we do not factor in additional costs that many other companies do in order to pay for free shipping as well as restocking costs. This is because we find that very few customers find the need to return our products. All of our sizing is very accurate and what you see in the picture is exactly what you get.  Our goal is to give our customers a high quality garment at the best possible price. 

WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES UNLESS THE RETURN WAS A RESULT OF OUR ERROR. ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE, WITH A RECEIPT AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING, ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND IN THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. 

The following types of returns/exchange will be accepted without any charge:

1. We sent you an incorrect order from what is stated in your invoice. For instance if you received an incorrect style, size, or color;

2. The product is damaged. All of our products are carefully inspected before being sent, if this is an issue please contact us first before sending the product back;

The following types of exchanges are accepted, the buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges:

3. If the buyer is unsatisfied with the product received and would like to exchange it for something else; 

4. Buyer has selected the wrong size or color;

5. Buyer does not like the product, want to return;                                                                                                                          

The following types of returns will not be accepted:

6. The item has clearly been used;

7. The item is no longer in original condition/soiled/damaged.

8.The original tags and packaging are no longer intact.

Tips: How to Measure 

Please read carefully. Please provide us your correct size. 

For our custom-made customers:  please measuring yourself carefully as the following the measurement instruction:

BUST:	WAIST:	HIPS:	HOLLOW TO HEM:
Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	This is the length from your hollow (the hollow just under your neck) to your heels. Take the tape from your front, with bare feet. You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
