Maybe I wasn't the best prepared to read this book. I have lots of experience in yoga and chanting. I was hoping for a better explanation on reaching the question of enlightenment and something called samadhi. It seems this form of buddhism is more concerned with daily life? like eating, etc. It seems all the chanting is about eating, family, relaxed breathing? I'll look at it again in awhile. I'll probably resale this monks 3 books I bought because none of them seem to be about finding Nirvana (that I can see?)
