We only accept PayPal for eBay sold items.  Please make payment within 5 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 4 days, we will open a UPI file. All in state residents within the state of Illinois will be charged 9.5% sales tax at the time of checkout. Pay with your check, credit card or auto-debit through PayPal.

Shipping rates depend on the weight of the item, please click on the "Shipping and Payments" tab above to see the rates for your country.

We do our best to provide you with the best shipping service and at the lowest possible price. Please note that postal rates have recently increased and we only charge exact cost for shipment. Additional charges for insurance, packaging and freight items will be clearly identified in each listing when relevant.

Combined shipping is available for apparel, accessories and jewelry when purchased within a five day period.

Free Local Pick-Up is always available, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

Freight Shipped items will be noted in the body of the listing and will require you to send your postal code to us for a quote prior to bidding or submitting an offer. It may take 24-48 hours for us to receive and forward Freight Shipping quotes.

International Customers:

We mark all of our customs forms as accurately as possible. If applicable, we will mark the item/s as "used". We state the value at the full amount that you paid (minus shipping). We cannot mark items as a "gift". Customs and duties will be charged according to the fees and terms of your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

All items shipped freight are considered a final sale once it is accepted by the buyer.

All our items are inspected carefully for authentication and flaws, and are described as accurately as possible.  We include as many pictures as needed to give our buyers detailed information. Should one of our Associates inadvertently miss something in the description that you feel is relevant to the item's worth, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item and we will work with you to remedy the situation. Your satisfaction with a LUXE LIFE purchase is our primary goal.

Should a return occur, due to a listing error, and once return arrangements are made with LUXE LIFE Ltd., the merchandise must be shipped and received within 14 days. Any merchandise received after this period will be denied. Please email us prior to returning the item. It may take up to 5 days to issue the refund once it has been returned.

Any item approved for return for any other reason than “Not as Described” may incur a 20% Restocking Fee and return shipping.
